Thrive LIVE is a 13-week caregiver education, coaching, and community experience designed to help you:

  • Understand your child through a nervous system lens

  • Recognize patterns of behavior so you can respond more effectively

  • Learn practical, real-life strategies you can use immediately

  • Connect with other caregivers who truly understand what you’re navigating

The founders of Generation O have experienced first hand the power that comes from having your own community of caregivers that have walked in your shoes.

That support is invaluable. We created Thrive LIVE to do more than just educate. It’s a place to feel seen, understood, and supported by other people who “get it.”

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:

The inaugural cohort is focused on prenatal opioid exposure 101, with topics including:

  • The Constellation of Symptoms developed by Generation O

  • Understanding the nervous system, trauma, and sensory processing

  • How to navigate systems to get real world support

  • Viewing behavior through a nervous system lens so you understand what works, and what doesn’t

Monthly Self-Paced Educational Modules

Choose the time that works best for you:

  • Mondays at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT

  • Tuesdays at 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT

Each session helps you:

  • Connect educational topics to what you’re seeing and to what’s happening neurologically

  • Learn practical strategies

  • Ask questions and get real guidance from your coach and peers

  • Hear from other caregivers and learn through shared experience

Inside Thrive LIVE, you’ll:

  • Build relationships with caregivers on a similar path

  • Learn from real-life examples, not just theory
